PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment through your chosen booking platform or upon arrival via credit card or EFT. Corporate guests can request detailed invoices for company billing purposes, making business travel arrangements seamless. Deposit Proof of Payment (PoP) within 24 hours from booking request confirms the booking.
CHECK-IN & ACCESS
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with check-out by 9:00 AM (flexible arrangements can be made upon request). Please let us know your estimated arrival time when booking so we can ensure a smooth welcome. Each guest receives both accommodation keys and a remote control for our secure motorized entrance gate, providing complete independence during your stay in our self-contained units.
HOUSE POLICIES
Smoking Policy: All accommodations are strictly non-smoking for the comfort and safety of all guests. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
Pet Policy: While our friendly resident pets may greet you on the property, guest pets are not permitted in the accommodation units.
Privacy & Independence: Our self-contained units ensure complete privacy while our hosts remain available for any assistance you may need.
AMENITIES
Kitchen is equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and electrical stove.
A clothes iron is situated underneath the kitchen sink, with the ironing board stored next to the fridge.
Extra towels and linens are available upon request.
EXTENDED STAY SERVICES
For guests staying a week or longer, we provide flexible housekeeping services tailored to your preferences. Professional laundry services can be arranged through our trusted local partners for an additional fee. Extra towels, linens, and any special requirements are available upon request.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• 30+ days before arrival: 50% deposit refund
• 14-29 days before arrival: 25% deposit refund
• Less than 14 days: No refund available
