PAYMENT
Payment to be made on booking website or on arrival by cash, card or internet banking transfer. Full invoices can be provided for company billing purposes.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
At point of booking we ask you to please let us know your approximate arrival time to ensure we are home to meet you. Check in from 3pm, Check out 9am, unless otherwise agreed (we can be flexible).

ACCESS
The accommodation is a self-contained annex to the main house so both a key and remote control to the motorized entrance gate will be provided to guests.

SMOKING & PETS
No smoking allowed within the unit and no pets are allowed (although the family pets are on site).

AMENITIES
Kitchen is equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and electrical stove.
A clothes iron is situated underneath the kitchen sink, with the ironing board stored next to the fridge.
Extra towels and linens are available upon request.

CLEANING SERVICES – LONG TERM GUESTS ONLY
Upon arrival the cleaning schedule of the unit will be discussed with the guest, depending on the length of stay. Laundry services can be arranged at an additional cost, but an outside service provider will be used for this service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable.
2 weeks before stay date: 25% of deposit is refundable.
Less than 2 weeks before stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable.
